I was SO excited about this shoot! Alexandria is the sister-in-law of one of my favorite brides (not MY bride but one of my favorites...in general...) Anastasia. I had the pleasure of helping my photog bestie, Dana Grant, shoot her TWO engagement sessions (Engagement 1 and Engagement 2) last year and I had so much fun with her and her hubby I just knew I was going to love her extended family just as much. I was right...Alexandria and Spencer were so amazingly adorable and funny, I could barely stand it.

For all of you online dating haters out there...cut it out! You can meet your soulmate anywhere. Shana and Travis met on an online dating site and they are PERFECT for each other.

I had the pleasure of doing Shana's make up for her engagement photos, wedding and B-session. I loved every second I spent with her. She has so much positive, loving energy, I can't believe she doesn't just explode into a rainbow colored unicorn or something. I don't know how she keeps it all inside.

One of my favorite B-Sessions. Why you ask?? Because almost every outfit she wore for this shoot was from Anthropologie. Sigh...

I know I ALWAYS say how much I love my brides and their families but I'm going to say it again...I LOVE THIS GIRL AND HER FAMILY! I am seriously so blessed with my Frients (Friend-Clients? No...ok, I'll work on it). If every bride that I ever worked with was like Jana and her family, I would be one happy MUA.

Sweet Drew

When I have the pleasure of working with such a beautiful bride and the family turns out to be just as fantastic and wonderful as the bride herself, all my MUA dreams come true! I couldn't get enough of this sweet group of Southern gals! I wish I could hop in my phone booth and travel back in time and do it all over again!

Tacos, pumpkins and make up, oh my!

I have two lives. During my day life I work for Taco Bell Corporate and my night and weekend life, I'm a make up artist. Well, sometimes my two lives collide.

I had the pleasure of doing the costume make up for Taco Bell's Halloween pageant. The theme was Wicked Wonderland. I got to create the looks for Queen of Hearts and the Mad Hatter. So fun! Can't wait til next year to do it again!!

What do you get when you combine 50 photogs, a few make-up artists and hair stylists, and some gorgeous models? Pure awesomeness, that's what you get! I was lucky enough to participate in the So Cal Photog Shoot Out last weekend. I met a bunch of cool/creative new friends and had a great time! Thanks to Rob Ninja-Nicholson and Hanssie Trainor for making it happen!
